I was experiencing tension and tightness in my neck and shoulders, with restricted movement and pain. I received a sports massage from Jill and she carried out stretches and manipulation of trigger points, which enabled me to move my neck in positions I had not reached for ages! I felt amazing after the session and my whole upper body felt more relaxed and everything felt like it was back where it should be.  Having Suffered with a stiff neck and shoulders for some length of time I went to see my doctor who then recommended that I have a massage treatment to ease my discomfort. I noticed an article in the in the local Wickford Extra Magazine showing details of massage help. This is when Jill Dennis came into my life. A lovely bubbly lady who visits you at home, which I find is most convenient. I am sure others would find this a great help too, especially people who have difficulty in getting around.

After a lengthy consultation in which my ailments were discussed, I had the massage for head, neck and shoulders, to very relaxing and soothing music, supplied by Jill. Jill is very considerate in all aspects, and her manner most friendly. Although I found my first massage treatment helped me feel a little bit easier, I realised I should have a few more in order to feel a real benefit.

I have now received more than 10 treatments from Jill and at each session she has helped to improve the discomfort that I feel in my neck and shoulders. I hope we can continue with her visits, as I feel sure that when I am relieved of my original complaint I would definately like to continue with her services in order to experience the wonderful relaxed feeling of 'well being'. - Pat K.
